With over 16 years of dedicated experience in workers’ compensation defense and hearing representation, our founder brings a deep-rooted understanding of California’s complex workers’ compensation system. Specializing in County of Los Angeles and LA Metro matters, this experience provides a unique perspective into how claims are evaluated, defended, negotiated, and resolved.


Throughout that experience, our founder developed extensive professional working relationships with claims professionals, adjusters, third-party administrators (TPAs), and bill reviewers handling County of Los Angeles and LA Metro matters. This experience provides valuable insight into how claims, medical billing, documentation, and lien disputes are evaluated from the payer and defense perspectives.


In addition to his defense-side experience, our founder has spent the past six months working closely with an established and respected lien claimant, gaining direct insight into how provider files are evaluated, organized, documented, negotiated, and positioned for recovery.


At MLRS, that combined perspective is applied from the provider’s side. We carefully review and organize each file, including lien filings, medical records, billing, claim history, letters of representation, and supporting documentation. We closely follow applicable WCAB procedures, filing requirements, deadlines, and lien rules to help ensure each claim is properly documented and positioned for recovery. we then identify recovery opportunities and develop focused negotiation strategies designed to maximize the value of each claim.
